AAM Archive
The Andrea Marescalchi Archive Cultural Association was founded in 2017 following the passing of Andrea Bobo Marescalchi on December 5, 2015.
Since 2017, we have been dedicated to archiving Bobo’s works and promoting the dissemination and appreciation of his art. The Archive provides access to artworks and materials related to the painter’s work, supporting the creation of exhibitions, catalogs, publications, and technical-artistic research.
The Archive is managed by Serena Bencini, Zita and Arturo Marescalchi, and Irene D'Amato (archivist).
The Archive preserves and enhances Andrea Marescalchi’s work by combining traditional cataloging methods with advanced digital tools.
The organization of archival documents has been complemented by the creation of a database that collects and organizes materials in an accessible way. A key element of this digital archive is Bobo’s personal hard drive, where he systematically collected the dossiers of many of his works.
